Hi all, I've noticed 3 main issues with this sheet and created a web-app to address them. https://www.medmatchforum.com 1. constant post deletion, the app syncs every 60 minutes and makes a copy of all posts. while it might not exist on the sheet anymore, the post will continue to live on the app 2. during high traffic, over 99 users, the sheet becomes read only. My app shouldn't go down and if it does, I can beef up servers to accommodate greater traffic. 3. truly anonymous, there is no login on the app at all. the layout is reddit inspired, making replies and upvotes more easily readable. lmk what you think!

constantly teetering back and forth between feeling fine and complete dread (suddenly replaying all my interviews while also stressing that I might have input incorrect codes into nrmp despite checking over it 100 times lol)

I'm not sure if someone has actual advice or things I can do to help applicants in the future but I was harassed during one of my away rotations by a nursing staff member but was afraid to report because she is best friends with the program director. During the rotation she invited me out downtown after clinic to show me around the city the coming weekend. She made sexual advances during our walk but I told her I don't want to do that and am not wanting to date. She accepted and asked if we could be friends and I said yes. She kept texting me throughout clinic asking if I was mad and why I wasn't responding quickly. She would send me drunk videos of her asking if I was up and wanted to come over. One time, she saw me in the rain and offered to drive me home (I was using the bus), she said "I know you have free time and haven't had dinner" she drove me to her place. I tried to play it nice since I knew she had power over me and just asked if we could eat at a restaurant instead of her place because I didn't want to be inside her apartment.
